On November 30th, 2024 we marked the launch of our North York Location.

RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, Brokerage is now in 3 locations to serve you.

This location was a strategic acquisition because of its proximity to the 401 and 404. Situated in proper North York, this new outfit represents a milestone for our organization as we now forge ahead in being the home of the best in real estate and those who aspire to be.

Each year, RE/MAX Metropolis flies out qualifying Agents out to R4 - RE/MAX’s largest annual conference where over 6,000 RE/MAX Agents gather to network, learn about new innovations in Real Estate, and level up by acquiring the latest and greatest insights in their businesses with the goal of continuing to provide clients unparalleled and highly competitive service in real estate expected from a world-class Brokerage. Attendees will also walk the red carpet and collect their RE/MAX award and celebrate their success.

This was an Agent-Exclusive event during which we prepared for upcoming pre-construction launches and set the tone for our pre-construction sales events and expos for 2022.

Pre-Construction has evolved considerably in the past several years and our brokerage has a dedicated pre-con department which focuses on hosting events, connecting Agents with Development projects, and assisting Buyers who are looking to purchase into pre-construction projects.
