Hello, I'm Akshay Sonawane. If I am too difficult to pronounce, call me AK.

Having had a health care background and working as a Physical Therapist for more than a decade, relationship building has always been my cornerstone to growing a clientele. Connecting with families during their care was essential to ensuring their confidence and Trust.

As a professional, I understand what Professionalism, Ethics, Confidentiality, and Trust mean.

That's certainly true in real estate. The process of building relationships, earning each client's trust, and staying on top of both marketing and education strategies resulted in a business I am so proud of today.

Working as a Realtor for almost 3+ years with one of the top-producing brokerages, I and my team make sure to work diligently to ensure that my clients receive the highest quality guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

A little about my story, I immigrated to this lovely country seven years ago. I remember it was three years, ten months, and 19 days after arriving in Canada, I bought my very first home. This also happened to be my very first sale as a realtor. Being a first-time home buyer myself, I have always been dedicated to helping families who are purchasing their first home.

I know how it feels and what it takes to accomplish and live that dream of home ownership. Therefore, I made it my mission to help every homeowner succeed and make that dream a reality!

With my family as my backbone, I keep them in my thoughts for every real estate transaction. By treating others as I would want my family to be treated. It’s a relationship business. If you cannot relate to people, then this is not the career path for you.

Having a wonderful family, I understand that family life can be hectic and that the buying and selling process can be stressful. You are making a big decision on behalf of your family. This is why the journey during this process is just as meaningful as the final outcome.
